Hello, I'm Adiel.

I was just a child the first time my Mum gave me Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs to help with my migraines. At the time getting extreme migraines that extended days and weeks were the norm for me. I was always in pain; I couldn’t think, or feel beyond the pain some days, and it was very difficult to function. Finally, no more painful needles, or medication that only worked sometimes; with the herbs I had finally started to find relief.

The thing is...

living in pain is something I knew oh too well. My comfort came after utilizing all the remedies and education my Mum brought back from her trips abroad. I used TCM to help prevent my migraines, bodywork to ease my muscles and pain, and holistic healing to balance my body and mind after extended periods of discomfort and stress. I was taught that comfort and ease comes when the mind and body are collectively balanced. One cannot be relaxed in the body if there is stress in the mind; nor can the mind be at ease if there is pain in the body. Synergy must happen for healing to occur in both the body and mind.

Naturally a loving and nurturing person, I’ve always been very passionate about helping and encouraging people’s personal growth. I believe everyone has the ability to learn how to sustain their joy, which helps them to thrive in all aspects of life. Yet, it wasn’t until I was in a severe car accident in 2015 that I returned to my roots for healing, and found my true purpose, and joy in the Healing Arts. The accident left me bruised, and physically and mentally hurt. I was beyond grateful for the holistic healing and care that went into my recovery. That same year I enrolled into The National Holistic Institute, to further my education as a Manual Therapist, and Health Educator.  I vowed to dedicate my life’s work to helping others find peace holistically, so that they may live in comfort & joy.

Stay Lovely
